Liz is the Director and an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist with 25 years industry experience. Through various private practice, community and corporate settings, Liz has developed specialised skills for weight management and individualised nutrition counselling. Liz has a personal interest in lower carbohydrate approach to support metabolic health and has helped set thousands of clients on a path towards improved health and wellbeing. Liz can help with Meal planning individualised to your unique preferences and utilises both traditional and Non-Diet Approach to weight concern, catering from inactive to high performance athletes.

Having studied Allied Health Assistance (Nutrition & Dietetics) Ymke is able to apply her knowledge and people skills to assist us to assist you! She is a valuable part of our team and is here to support you on the phone with bookings and enquiries, and also online support. Ymke is also passionate about creating useful, evidence-based dietary resources and making them accessible to our clients through consultations, meal plans, books and social media. Ymke will soon complete her Nutrition & Dietetics studies and become a qualified Dietitian.

Meet Christen-Lee

Introducing Christen, a highly skilled and passionate dietitian specializing in women's health, gut health, and nutrition support for underweight, osteoporosis and people with eating and feeding difficulties. 

With a strong background in nutrition science and a deep understanding of the unique nutritional needs of both adults and children, Christen is dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health and well-being through personalized dietary guidance.

Christen completed 4 years of nutrition training to obtain her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and later, advanced education in Eating Disorders as well as paediatric nutrition training with Queensland Children’s Hospital. 

Christen recognizes the importance of tailoring nutrition plans to support clients during various life stages, addressing specific concerns and promoting optimal health.

In addition, Christen has a keen interest and expertise in gut health. Understanding the vital role that the gut plays in overall well-being, Christen applies evidence-based approaches to support gut health, alleviate digestive issues, and enhance nutrient absorption. 

Furthermore, Christen is expert in nutrition support, providing guidance to individuals who may require nutritional interventions due to medical conditions such as iron deficiency, diverticular disease, heart disease, surgeries, or specific dietary restrictions. Whether you have been referred by your doctor or you are in search of

expert nutrition advice, Christen is here to empower you throughout your health journey and can support you in achieving your health/nutrition goals.

Our dietitians collaborate with your healthcare teams to develop comprehensive nutrition plans that meet the unique nutritional needs of each client, supporting recovery and overall health.

Meet Jessica

Dietitian

ABOUT

Jess is a passionate foodie and dietitian whose aim is to help educate and empower individuals to take control of their own health through positive diet and lifestyle changes. She understands that “one size does not fit all” and appreciates the importance of working collaboratively with her clients to make realistic and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle through practical and individualised recommendations. She also has a focus of ensuring her clients build and maintain a positive relationship with food and gain enjoyment from cooking and eating. With personal experience managing her own gut health conditions, Jess has a special interest in gastrointestinal and digestive health conditions including coeliac disease, food intolerances and allergies, IBS, and diverticular disease. Jess also has experience in a wide range of other areas such as weight management, PCOS, chronic disease management, and life stage nutrition. Jess is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) and a subsequent Masters of Dietetic Studies from the University of Queensland.

She loves treating all areas of women's health with a holistic and empathetic approach to practise and encourages sustainable, long-term changes rather than quick fixes. She has a focus on packages and programs in her practice to provide more ongoing, specialised care and support beyond what a 1:1 consultation can offer.

She believes a well-rounded, holistic approach to care leads to more effective and sustainable results in her clients.
